This is a voluntary public accessibility statement. The owner’s Ontario employee count has not been confirmed, so this page does not claim that the 50+ employee public-website requirement applies or that the site has been formally certified.
Our approach
CableLink aims to make the website usable across devices and with common assistive technologies. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing part of design, content and maintenance rather than a one-time badge.
Website features
The site uses semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus states, descriptive alternatives for meaningful images, reduced-motion support, responsive layouts, labelled form fields and English and French routes.
Automated checks help identify some issues, but they do not prove complete conformance or replace testing by people who use assistive technology.
Alternate formats and communication
If website content or the assessment form is difficult to use, contact CableLink by phone or email. Describe the barrier and the format or communication support that would help. CableLink will review the request with the individual.
Feedback
Report an accessibility problem using the contact details below. Helpful information includes the page address, device or assistive technology used and what prevented access. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed to explain the issue.
