Privacy policy

How the CableLink Solutions website collects, uses and shares information when you request an assessment or use the site.

Last reviewed

September 2, 2026

This policy describes the website implementation reviewed on September 2, 2026. The owner must confirm the named privacy contact and operational retention schedule before final legal approval.

Information you provide

The assessment form asks for your name, email address, city, project type and project details. A phone number is optional. The form also includes a hidden anti-spam field and records the language used for the inquiry.

Do not include passwords, access codes, financial information or other sensitive information in the form.

Why the information is used

CableLink uses inquiry information to review the request, reply, discuss possible work and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or other marketing list.

Delivery and service providers

The site is hosted on Vercel. When direct form delivery is configured, the server sends the inquiry to CableLink through Resend. Sanity supplies public website content and images; the current form does not store inquiries in Sanity or in a website customer database.

These providers may process technical or inquiry information in other jurisdictions according to the service configuration and their own terms. The owner should confirm the locations and account settings used in production.

Analytics, cookies and technical data

Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager loads only when a production measurement ID is configured. If enabled, Google may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive device, browser, page, referral and campaign information. Vercel Speed Insights may collect technical performance information when separately enabled.

The website does not currently use an on-site cookie preference manager. Optional analytics should remain disabled until the owner confirms the production configuration and consent approach. You can also use browser controls or blocking tools to limit cookies and measurement scripts.

Retention and safeguards

Inquiry information should be kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the requested work, meet legitimate record-keeping needs or comply with applicable law. The owner’s exact retention and deletion schedule still requires confirmation.

The website keeps delivery credentials on the server, validates form input, limits request size, checks same-origin submissions and uses a honeypot field to reduce automated spam. No website can guarantee absolute security.

Access, correction and questions

You may ask whether CableLink holds personal information from your inquiry, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern by using the contact information below. CableLink may need to verify the request before disclosing information.

Changes to this policy

This policy should be updated when the form, analytics, processors or business practices change. The review date shown on this page identifies the version currently published.
